Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Insights Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional and technical expertise, with experience in data modeling, analysis, and visualization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into operational processes and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting
  • Design dimensional models and star schemas to effectively organize retail data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into efficient data structures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL and database technologies
  • Core expertise with dbt (data build tool)
  • Experience with data pipeline tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of Python or R
  • Experience with data visualization tools
