
Tech Sales Growth Specialist

We are a leading IT staffing firm focused on emerging technologies and analytics.
Our team is expanding our bench sales operations to aggressively market our consultants and onboard new talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end bench sales cycle, including profile marketing, rate negotiation, client/vendor management, interview scheduling, and closures.
- Effectively market H1B consultants through job boards, vendor networks, and direct client channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, clients, and MSPs.
- Source and bring new consultants onto our W2 payroll through networking and outreach.
- Train and mentor junior recruiters on effective bench sales and marketing techniques.
- Track daily/weekly submissions, interviews, and closures with clear reporting.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing bench sales & recruitment.
- Strong experience in H1B consultant marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to close contracts quickly with prime vendors and direct clients.
- Experience bringing new EADs, OPTs, Citizens, and Green Card holders onto payroll.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong vendor/client network across Data/AI, Salesforce, Cloud, and Analytics domains.
