Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, including identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects, and converting leads into customers. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will contribute to sales strategy development and execution.
We're not looking for just another "salesperson." We want someone who can:
Turn cold leads into warm coffee chats
Make enterprises say "Shut up and take my money"
Build partnerships that outlast TikTok trends
What you'll actually do (when you're not being awesome):
Chase, pitch, and close deals with businesses that need killer marketing
Sell our magic mix – AI-powered marketing, content that converts, ads that don't suck
Talk the talk with startups

enterprises
Hit targets like a pro gamer on caffeine
What we need from you:
Proven track record selling B2B marketing, SaaS, or digital services
Experience closing
mid-market to enterprise deals (6-7 figure contracts)
Strong network + ability to talk ROI, not just "likes & clicks"
Swagger + strategy + storytelling =

Qualifications
2–8 years
of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS, marketing, or tech solutions).
Proven track record
of closing large accounts (6–7 figures, multi-year contracts).
Comfort in
C-suite conversations
(talking ROI, not just features).
Consultative selling skills
– positioning your agency as a growth partner, not just a vendor.
Familiarity with
enterprise sales cycles
(longer, more complex than SME sales).
- Ideally, someone from a
digital agency, SaaS sales, media buying, or enterprise marketing tech background
.
