Human Capital Expert

As a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate has 6 to 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with others to design and implement effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest data-driven recommendations.
- Handle and analyze complex data responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with risk management procedures.
- At least 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors features such as Position Management, Fundamental Objects, MDF, Workflows, Pick List Management, RBP, Time Off data models, Adhoc Reports in Employee Central, ESS/MSS/Enterprise Portal, Positioning Budgeting and Control - Post Management.
- SAP Certification on SuccessFactors Module is an advantage.
- Experience in using Solution Manager in implementation.
- Knowledge of integration with other modules like FI-CO.
- Training/Awareness on NetWeaver Components.
