About the Role:

As part of our consulting team, you will lead delivery efforts on projects. You'll play a critical role in every aspect of the engagement, from opportunity assessment through final implementation. You'll assist with sales and business development, working directly with teams in the US and India.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with client stakeholders to manage and resolve operational issues
  2. Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to develop current state assessments, evaluate against industry standards, and suggest savings opportunities/operational improvements
  3. Analyze client spend data and create project deliverables, conduct research into various markets and industries
  4. Develop process maps, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities
  5. Collaborate with client stakeholders to draft and release RFPs
  6. Support client stakeholders and suppliers during bid evaluation and supplier selection processes
  7. Develop financial models (TCO) to understand true costs, present to decision makers/stakeholders
  8. Evaluate supplier pricing proposals, identify cost reduction levers, and draft negotiation strategy presentations
  9. Review contracts to ensure alignment with negotiated terms, facilitate redlines from legal teams as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting or related industry
  • Specific experience within operations, supply chain, and/or procurement required
  • Excited about working in a start-up atmosphere, comfortable with ambiguity, and have an ownership-driven mindset
  • Proven problem-solving and time management ability
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player with ability to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
