Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Delivery Team as a key strategic partner, driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for coordinating project execution related matters, facilitating recruitment and hiring processes, tracking dashboards with accuracy, chairing calls with stakeholders, and serving as the primary point of contact for operations-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project execution related operational matters
  • Facilitate recruitment and hiring processes
  • Track and maintain accurate dashboards
  • Chair semi-weekly/weekly calls with stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operations-related inquiries
  • Drive and support business decisions and compliance initiatives
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years experience in Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Must have experience working with IT services companies

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
