As a senior manager, your day-to-day activities will be focused on operational excellence for your set of cities. This involves selecting and training new partners and improving current partners' quality. You will also be responsible for leading projects focused on improving quality and service excellence, as well as projects focused on improving offerings and innovation.

You are the owner of the business entrusted to you, and you have a direct influence on how the business shapes up. We are looking for folks who have a high ownership mindset and love operational excellence.

We need someone with minimum 2-4 years of experience in an operations-related role. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated leadership of teams and projects – the ability to influence and lead.
