Job Title: Business Growth Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth in Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through market research, direct selling agents, and connectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales managers and staff to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and foster a strong sales culture within the branch.
Operational Oversight
  • Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, specifically for the LAP business.
  • Ensure all transactions are authorized and financial records are accurate.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Provide professional customer service and manage any customer inquiries or issues.
  • Implement strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and manage risks.
