We are seeking a strategic leader to manage our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business advisory and project management: Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance on indirect tax matters, managing relationships, projects, and making informed decisions.
  • Litigation management and Exposure Reduction: Lead indirect tax audits and internal compliance reviews, managing relationships with regulatory bodies, preparing high-quality replies, and drafting briefs.
  • Tax advocacy representations: Draft high-quality representations on changes in legislation and challenges faced by the compliance team, coordinating with external parties to file tax advocacy submissions.
  • Tax Technology and Tax Process design: Deploy technology to deliver efficiency, effectiveness, and control, meeting defined business objectives and producing high-quality data.
Requirements
  • CA or Lawyer with work experience in consulting and multinational organizations in indirect taxes.
  • Relevant work experience of 10 years.
  • Demonstrated expertise and updated knowledge of current tax landscape.
  • Adapts communication as per stakeholder requirement.
