Lead Programmatic Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding and mentoring a team to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Developing and executing programmatic strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensuring clear communication with clients and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identifying and pursuing account growth opportunities in collaboration with Account Directors.
  • Optimizing campaigns using expertise in DV360 and other DSPs, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations using MMPs and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborating with Client Services and channel teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in programmatic advertising and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of DV360 and other DSPs.
  • Experience with MMPs and analytics platforms.
