
Senior Sales Director Heavy Vehicle Spare Parts

The ideal candidate will lead and expand our domestic market presence in the heavy vehicle automobile spare parts segment. Key Responsibilities include Market Development: Build a reliable network of mechanics, garages, and spare parts dealers across key domestic territories. Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales force across different regions. Reporting & MIS: Ensure timely reporting of sales data and forecasts.
The General Manager - Sales & Business Development will develop a strong network of mechanics, dealers, and distributors, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.
Key Requirements:- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business/Marketing management
- Minimum 15-18 years of experience in sales/business development in the automotive aftermarket (heavy vehicle segment preferred)
- Strong leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Prior experience with travel and on-ground market interaction
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and additional regional languages
