Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Performance

  • Drive parts business in collaboration with Country Managers.

  • Ensure achievement of spares business targets, retail sales growth, and payment follow-ups.
  • Conduct market potential studies, sales loss analysis, and benchmarking against global best practices.

  • Enhance distributor network reach and efficiency.

  • Order Execution & Documentation

  • Ensure timely execution of monthly orders with complete compliance to policies and processes.

  • Coordinate with warehouses/plants for dispatches, ensuring timely supplies for urgent requirements.
  • Track BO (Back Order) parts, coordinate with SBU for ETA, and ensure availability of high-value parts.

  • Handle country-specific documentation including Import License, BIVAC/SGS inspections.

  • Distributor Support & Capability Building

  • Provide training to distributor teams on inventory management, DMS, parts catalogues, and query portals.

  • Support distributors and field teams with urgent requirements and concern resolutions.

  • Arrange parts from the local market in case of emergencies.

  • Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Analyze FFR loss, identify systemic gaps, and drive corrective actions for sustainable improvement.

  • Track VOR / RUSH FFR cases daily and escalate as needed.

  • Resolve obsolete / non-serviceable parts issues with SBU.

  • Coordination & Projects

  • Liaise with SBU CC team for MSS allocation and STO tracking.

  • Coordinate with sourcing for timely availability of BO parts.

  • Manage IT projects related to spare parts processes BRD, logic sharing, testing, and production rollout.

  • Reporting & MIS

  • Develop weekly and monthly MIS on order execution, in coordination with Accounts and Logistics.

  • Generate accessories orders from distributors aligned with the business plan.
