Vehicle Field Service Specialist

Job Description:

As a Vehicle Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical complaints and defects in vehicles in the field. You will analyze the complaints, rectify the issues, and ensure that the vehicle is returned to its optimal condition.

  • Maintain and handle internet-based warranty claims.
  • Ensure implementation of service processes at channel partners.
  • Develop secondary channels for spare parts sales.
  • Train service managers on product knowledge and technical skills.
  • Provide special service support for strategic customers with channel partners.
  • Ensure execution of spare parts orders by all channel partners for sufficient inventory and meeting spare parts targets.
  • Guide channel partners on manpower facilities equipment optimization.
  • Ensure profitability of workshops of channel partners.
  • Manage MIS on service and spare parts inventory.
  • Manage service guarantees at dealerships.
  • Conduct monthly visits to ASCs and monitor their performance.
  • Organize service camps on a monthly basis.
  • Visit customers regularly and update M Response data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
