Job Description

We are seeking a Process Development professional to join our Integrated Product Development Organisation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and improvement of pharmaceutical processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive projects for process improvement and product robustness. You will be responsible for day-to-day activities including literature search, material management, data collection, and root cause establishment via investigation of OOS/OOT market complaints using different statistical tools.

You will also be responsible for performing trials for root cause establishment, development, re-development process robustness, stability studies, and reviewing experimental results. Additionally, you will prepare technical documents like MBR protocols and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive projects for process improvement and product robustness
  • Perform day-to-day activities including literature search, material management, data collection, and root cause establishment

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Masters, Bachelors, or Ph.D. in pharma

Skills:

  • Experience in process development, scale-up, and technology transfer
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical process selection and quality by design (QbD) principles
  • Knowledge of International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines related to product development or process development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Performance-oriented and good at building and leveraging relationships
