We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to drive the adoption of advanced solutions in pharmaceutical process and PAT technologies. This role is designed to empower pharma and biopharma customers to achieve excellence in production and packaging integrity.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction throughout project cycles. Additionally, you will travel extensively to meet with clients, prospects, and stakeholders, conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, and collaborate with the marketing team for seminars and promotional campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong product knowledge, proven sales experience in pharmaceutical process or inspection solutions, and hands-on experience with technologies such as Lyophilization, Homogenization, Headspace Analysis, and Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT). You should also be familiar with regulatory and validation requirements in pharma, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to engage stakeholders from shop floor to C-suite.

The ideal candidate will hold a BE in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or ECE, or a Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Physics, Instrumentation) or allied sciences. A minimum of 3-6 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical process equipment, packaging integrity, or analytical inspection solutions is required. A proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets is essential.
