Procurement Expert and Contract Manager

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in procurement and contract management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and managing complex IT RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks.
  • Developing strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition.
  • Maintaining compliance with procurement, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Defining RFP templates, procurement models, and evaluation frameworks for large-scale IT projects.
  • Oversight of contract clauses for transition, knowledge transfer, licensing, and ownership of IT assets.
  • Monitoring contractual compliance of system integrators and third-party supplier agreements.
  • Aligning procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs.
  • Experienced in risk assessment, documentation, and governance across procurement and contracts.

Additional skills required include proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment is also essential.
