Job Title: Senior Application Engineer

Description:

In this role, you will work as a high-level product technology expert, providing best-in-class technical consulting and solutions for customer applications across various industry segments. Your focus will be on technologies that drive innovation and commercial viability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support to sales and customers on diverse applications and production processes.
  • Visits customers with sales teams to understand applications and techno-commercial requirements.
  • Prepares customer-specific technical concepts considering technical feasibility based on deep product and application engineering knowledge, with a focus on commercial viability.
  • Discusses and presents technical proposals with customers, optimizing selection in consultation with customers.
  • Prepares relevant technical documentation, selection reports, application notes, etc., taking all relevant technical interfaces into consideration for project workouts.
  • Constructively challenges customers' opinions, proposes innovative new options, and creates benefits arguments to help sales win projects based on excellent product and application knowledge.
  • Supports the commissioning of projects at customer sites in close alignment with technical support engineers.
  • Provides onsite technical product training for customers and sales teams on various products and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, Servo Motor – Driver, Device Integration, and Network configuration.
  • Experience of 2-3 years working in Servo Motor and Motion Control.
  • Experience of working with Pneumatic and Electrical Automation Products.
  • Knowledge on Digitalization / i4.0 is an added advantage.

Location: Pune or Gurgaon.

Mode: WFO (Work From Office).
