**Job Title**:Expert Data Center Technologist**: Experience : 15-20 Years
Location : Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of new products, providing feedback to global teams, ensuring claims comply with local laws, and supporting product presentations, sales implementation, and supply chain readiness.
- Stay informed on competitor products, offering insights to strengthen product performance and positioning.
- Promote products through training, introductions, and technical communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain procedures for lab management, equipment calibration, and stock control to ensure operational efficiency.
- Guide technical investigations, design experiments, and recommend solutions, leveraging internal labs or third-party testing when required.
- Identify growth opportunities through strategic analysis of technical cases, aligning research with business goals.
- Support operations and supply chain with quality issues, customer complaints, and cross-regional communications.
- Recommend process optimizations, best practices, and procedural enhancements for the TD team.
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain to localize products and enhance product quality in new markets.
- Develop core competencies in emerging technologies by researching industrial mega-trends and immersion cooling advancements.
- Drive innovation through cross-functional collaboration and partnerships with industry bodies, academia, and standardization committees.
Requisites:
- Preferably experienced in data centers, IT hardware, immersion cooling, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem analysis, experimental design, data processing, and reporting.
- Proven track record in technical development and technology deployment, with the ability to transform ideas into practical solutions.
- Well-connected within the industry, with established relationships across companies, institutes, and research networks.
