Job Opportunity:

A seasoned professional is sought after to assume a pivotal role in driving the implementation of Alpha Data Platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or co-manage the successful launch and execution of strategic projects for Alpha Data Platform.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for clients, providing end-to-end support and collaboration on all aspects of the implementation engagement.
  • Employ exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management expertise to interact with senior-level stakeholders/clients.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication regarding project status, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Analyze workflow analysis documents, converting them into actionable specifications for CR IMS configuration.
  • Guide clients through best practice implementations and efficient use of the platform and workflow configuration.
  • Oversee daily project plan execution and ensure effective collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and document key requirements.
  • Provide proactive leadership in helping clients maximize their utilization of CRD products and services.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and consultants.
  • Stay abreast of relevant information on ADP and CRD upgrades, communicating insights to clients and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensure that project team members possess the necessary tools, training, and skills to deliver high-quality consulting services.
