We are seeking a Service Coordinator to manage our service requests and optimize technician assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agreement Review
  • Review new agreements, verifying customer assets, associated service products, and material requirements.
  • Plan the execution of existing agreements, reviewing job costs such as labor, material, and other expenses for estimated profitability.
  • Run weekly Agreement Due for Renewal reports and notify branch management of agreements needing review on scope and price during renewal.
  • Arrange sub-contractor services and equipment.
  • Trigger requisitions/purchases through Branch Admin.
  • Generate service requests and assign technicians efficiently.
  • Review charge lines of completed work before sending for invoicing.
  • Handle planned activities like retrofits and repairs.
  • Manage on-call activities.
  • Define material requirements for both planned and on-call activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate Profile
  • A B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus are essential.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly is crucial.
