Job Title: Actuarial Analyst Professional

The role of the Actuarial Analyst is to support senior actuaries in coordinating and implementing reporting, executing valuation reporting, and providing explanations of results. Key responsibilities include research, data validation, communication, and team engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Error-free financial report preparation within required timescales and actuarial standards;
  • Second-line data validation and completeness checks to actuarial and audit standards;
  • Contributing to team morale, positive engagement, and professional development;
  • Effective communication between teams in different locations;
  • Taking ownership of work and clearly flagging issues to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior actuaries in various tasks;
  • Executing monthly/quarterly valuation reporting and analysis;
  • Researching queries raised by auditors and preparing timely responses;
  • Working with stakeholders on deliverables for Reinsurance business;
  • Implementing process changes and updates as needed.
