Job Title: Surveillance Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our assets and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze alerts generated from automated electronic communication surveillance systems to detect potential violations of policies and regulations.
• Perform audio surveillance by listening to voice communications to detect potential violations of policies and regulations.
• Closely document rationales with accurate, complete, and organized written commentary for audit trail.
• Enhance and improve the communication surveillance program from both an effectiveness and efficiency perspective.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our onshore Surveillance teams and the EMEA Head of Surveillance to enhance and improve the communication surveillance program.

• Familiarity with surveillance systems and software.
