Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the development and maintenance of a high-value network of CIOs and technology decision-makers across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for launching and managing a new CIO-focused publication, featuring industry insights, expert opinions, event recaps, and behind-the-scenes narratives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage curated groups of CIOs segmented by region, vertical, or interest
  • Initiate thoughtful daily/weekly conversations, questions, and polls to maintain engagement
  • Organize meetups, Ask-Me-Anythings (AMAs), or panel discussions
  • Build and manage a monthly newsletter (digital + print version)
  • Oversee content curation, copywriting, design coordination, and distribution
  • Collaborate with internal units to feature insights, success stories, interviews, and trend reports
  • Coordinate printing, logistics, and delivery of the print newsletter (monthly)
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in community management, CXO engagement, customer advocacy, or brand marketing
  • Excellent written & spoken English—copy should feel warm, smart, and human
  • Experience in building or managing groups, LinkedIn communities, or Telegram/Slack channels
  • Hands-on experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue) and newsletter publishing
  • A relationship-first mindset—you genuinely care about building trust over time
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams
