We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to build, nurture, and grow a high-value network of CIOs and technology decision-makers across platforms like WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Email. You will be the heartbeat of this communitykeeping conversations alive, sharing value consistently, and making every CIO feel seen, heard, and respected. You will also launch and manage a new CIO-focused newsletterboth online and as a premium physical editionfeaturing industry insights, expert bytes, event recaps, and behind-the-scenes narratives.Key Building & Create and manage curated WhatsApp groups of CIOs segmented by region, vertical, or interest.- Initiate thoughtful daily/weekly conversations, questions, and polls to keep engagement high.- Organize offline and online meetups, Ask-Me-Anythings (AMAs), or panel discussions.Newsletter Creation & Build and manage a monthly CIO newsletter (physical + email version).- Own the editorial calendar, content curation, copywriting, design coordination, and distribution.- Work with internal business units to feature insights, success stories, interviews, and trend reports.- Coordinate printing, logistics, and delivery of the physical newsletter (quarterly or monthly).Content & Social Media- Convert community conversations and insights into compelling posts on LinkedIn and other platforms.- Celebrate CIO milestones, birthdays, career moves, etc., to build a human touch.- Collaborate with the design team for banners, event invites, and post templates.What Were Looking For:- 25 years of experience in community management, CXO engagement, customer advocacy, or brand marketing.- Excellent written & spoken Englishyour copy should feel warm, smart, and human.- Experience in building or managing WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn communities, or Telegram/Slack groups.- Hands-on experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue) and newsletter publishing.- A relationship-first mindsetyou genuinely care about building trust over time.- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, events, and sales teams.Nice to Have:- Prior exposure to working with CIOs, CTOs, or enterprise tech decision-makers.- Ability to interview CXOs and translate it into strong written content.- Interest in design coordination, layouting for print newsletters.- Comfort with basic data tracking and reporting (open rates, group activity, etc.What Youll Get:- Direct access to some of the most influential CIOs in India.- A chance to create something meaningful and long-term in Indias tech ecosystem.- Full freedom to experiment with formats, tone, content, and channels.- Support from marketing, design, and events teams.- A high-visibility role with potential to grow into leadership in customer experience or brand.
