Senior Financial Manager

A dynamic and skilled Financial Management Professional is required to oversee project financials, ensuring accurate billings and timely payments. This role involves day-to-day finance functions, including accounting and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain project accounts in the accounting system.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for Company's accounting systems and procedures.
- Assist with preparation of financial plans, budgeting, and business document creation.
- Develop relationships with external auditors and address findings promptly.
- Manage company funds, assets, and investments, providing periodic reports on financial stability.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management for financial compliance.
- Review and approve supplier invoices, account totals, and project variances.
- Investigate and follow up on unpaid contract billings and project expenses.
- Create project-related billings and process write-offs of uncollectible billings.
- Closely manage project accounts upon completion and compile information for external auditors.
- Maintain GL accounts, Debtor Accounts, Creditor Accounts, and project files.
- Perform general day-to-day accounting functions, such as Cashbooks, Asset Management, Petty Cash, etc.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with five years' experience in architecture/design/construction or similar environment.
- 3-5 years' experience in GST, TDS filling is a must
- Excellent written, verbal (English) and interpersonal communication skills.
