Job Title: Industry Territory Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in a challenging and dynamic role as an Industry Territory Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the local market.

The primary responsibility of this role is to meet enrollment goals through various means such as business development activities, college connections, and employee exchanges.

The Industry Territory Specialist will conduct a compliant admission process, ensuring the admission of students who qualify through the process.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for system updates and daily reporting, including contributing to batch occupancy and batch launch.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Market Understanding: Knowledge of the micro-market of the territory, prospect base, ecosystem, employment exchanges, third-party employers, non-organized sectors, tier-3 colleges, alumni base, etc.
  • Enquiry Generation:
    • a. Conduct multiple activities in employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, reaching out to unorganized sector workforce, etc., within the location or outside the location.
    • b. Engage effectively with graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation.
    • c. Relationship building with all stakeholders to generate a database of eligible candidates.
    • d. Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations.
    • e. Create and expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month.
  • Admission Process:
    • a. Ensure correct and full course information is shared with students.
    • b. Ensure students' admission process is followed.
  • System Updation & Daily Reporting:
    • a. Update system regularly.
    • b. Daily activity reporting.
    • c. Contribute to batch occupancy and batch launch.
