Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete exports order cycle, from receipt of enquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain regular communication with International customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and prepare tailored offer for clients considering market dynamics and company policy.
  • Collaborate with foreign subsidiaries to align on export activities, streamline operations and monitoring quarterly financial statement of subsidiary.
  • Prepare internal MIS reports and pre-qualification documents as per need time to time.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as sales, finance and logistics to facilitate smooth export processes.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export operations, including order management, client liaison, pricing and offers, subsidiary coordination and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end to end exports operation, ensuring seamless coordination with International Clients and subsidiaries, and contributing to the company's global growth strategy.
