Job Description

As a Senior Architect, you will lead projects from concept to completion. Translating design intent into detailed, buildable solutions requires strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Concept Development
    • Drive concept design, schematic layouts, and design presentations to ensure cohesive project vision.
    • Evaluate and enhance design alignment with company ethos, sustainability goals, and local building codes.
  • Project Management & Coordination
    • Develop and oversee GFC drawings, detailed drawings, and tender documentation for seamless project execution.
    • Maintain effective communication and coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for timely outputs.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor junior architects, interns, and drafting staff through constructive guidance and regular feedback.
    • Conduct thorough design reviews to identify areas of improvement.
  • Client & Stakeholder Interface
    • Attend client meetings and present design proposals in a clear, concise manner to ensure approvals.
    • Cultivate relationships with statutory authorities for smooth compliance processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Indian building codes & bye-laws, NBC 2016, ECBC, fire norms.
  • Construction detailing, materials, and services integration expertise.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines.
