Design Visionary for AI-Driven Solutions

We're seeking a Lead Product Designer to spearhead the integration of new AI-driven features into our platform. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will define the strategy and vision for delivering best-in-class user experiences that drive revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our platform and collaborate with top design professionals. You will supervise/mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for AI-powered features, from concept to delivery, defining the user experience, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions seamlessly across multiple touchpoints in the product experience.
  • Deeply understand user needs and behaviors through user research, data analysis, and synthesized insights informing design decisions.
  • Create scalable, AI-enhanced enterprise-grade analytics solutions for B2B SaaS.
  • Develop frameworks and patterns enabling consistent visualization approaches across feature areas and user journeys.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, working closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, preferably with designing AI products.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate systems thinking connecting individual data visualizations to create a coherent end-to-end experience.
  • Strategically build consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Manage project expectations through visibility, negotiating scope and timelines while preserving design integrity and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Good understanding of design systems and proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools like Bolt. Experience with front-end tech stacks is beneficial.
