Job Title: Content Reviewer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Content Reviewer to join our team, which assists with the production and review of financial documents.

The team works in a paperless fashion, utilizing technology such as Microsoft Teams and Adobe Pro to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Reviewing and proofreading financial documents for accuracy
  • Participating in a robust quality control process to ensure the accuracy of financial documents
  • Utilizing multiple software and technology tools to maintain a paperless workflow

Responsibilities:

  • Review and edit financial documents for formatting, data accuracy, and spelling, grammar, punctuation, and tense
  • Collaborate with teams to produce customized and modified financial documents
  • Ensure financial documents meet consistency standards and are error-free
  • Learn and utilize multiple software and technology tools to maintain a paperless workflow

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an accounting firm or financial statement environment
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and CaseWare/CaseView
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and handle confidential information
