About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to spearhead fundraising efforts for projects supporting persons with disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, engaging donors, and mobilizing resources to ensure the sustainability and growth of our programs.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual fundraising strategies for specially abled projects.
  • Identify and secure funding from corporates, high net worth individuals, foundations, and institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors through proposals, reports, and engagement.
  • Partner with CSR heads and grant-making agencies to explore new opportunities.
  • Create impactful fundraising campaigns and communication materials.
  • Track fundraising targets and provide regular updates to leadership.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters in Social Work, Development Studies, or Business Administration.
  • 5-8 years proven fundraising experience (specially abled project preferred).
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and donor engagement skills.
  • Ability to network with senior stakeholders and deliver results.
  • Commitment to inclusion and empowerment of specially abled individuals.
