Job Title: Fundraising Director

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead fundraising efforts for projects supporting persons with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will develop strategies, engage donors, and mobilize resources to ensure the sustainability and growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual fundraising plans for specially abled projects.
  • Identify and secure funding from corporates (CSR), HNIs, foundations, and institutions.
  • Maintain strong donor relationships through regular communication and engagement.
  • Partner with CSR heads and grant-making agencies to explore new opportunities.
  • Create impactful fundraising campaigns and materials.
  • Track fundraising targets and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Masters in Social Work/Development Studies/Business Administration or related field.
  • 5–8 years' experience in fundraising, preferably in specially abled projects.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and donor engagement skills.
  • Ability to network with senior stakeholders and deliver results.
  • Commitment to inclusion and empowerment of persons with disabilities.
