We are now expanding our impact and looking for a dynamic and experienced Individual Fundraising Manager to join us full-time in our head office located in South Delhi, Near IIT Delhi.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven professional to lead our individual giving and fundraising campaigns. This role involves conceptualizing and executing end-to-end fundraising strategies targeted at individual donors, employee giving programs, and student-led fundraising initiatives. You will play a critical role in building a strong culture of giving, strengthening donor relationships, and generating sustained support for our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement innovative individual fundraising campaigns across offline and digital platforms.
- Spearhead employee giving drives, payroll giving programs, and youth/student-led fundraising campaigns in collaboration with corporates and academic institutions.
- Build and maintain a robust donor pipeline and database, ensuring personalized engagement and stewardship.
- Develop compelling fundraising content, appeals, and impact reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Programs, Communications, Finance) for smooth execution and donor reporting.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and donor metrics.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize future fundraising efforts.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in individual giving, donor engagement, or campaign fundraising in the nonprofit/social sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing employee contribution campaigns, donor acquisition, and community fundraising.
- Strong understanding of individual giving strategies and donor management
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail and donor satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, donor databases, and digital fundraising tools.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or related field.
