Job Title: Strategic Programme Officer

Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced professional to strengthen programme management and delivery at the highest level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing programmes across multiple locations, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive results-oriented strategies and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programme plans that align with organisational goals.
  • Lead programme evaluation and monitoring efforts, ensuring timely submission of progress reports and effective use of allocated resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment and promote programme success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-4 years of progressive work experience after Post Graduation in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in programme management, including experience in operationalising programmes at field level, monitoring and evaluation, and budget management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
