We are seeking a seasoned Programme Management Office Lead to spearhead the delivery of intricate programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage programme delivery from start to finish, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with strategic objectives through meticulous planning and resource allocation.
  • Design and implement standardised project management frameworks and processes, resulting in enhanced efficiency and accelerated delivery timelines.
  • Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine advanced project schedules using Microsoft Project to ensure real-time visibility and accurate forecasting.
  • Oversee M&A integration initiatives, managing deliverables from due diligence through post-merger evaluation and performance review.
  • Communicate programme status and milestone reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Optimise project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project and programme management within PMO environments.
  • PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proven expertise in M&A integration, change management, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English.
