We are seeking a Data-Driven Operations Specialist to own our sales and customer success technology stack. At Total CollectR we're transforming the collections industry with AI-driven technology that helps lenders, agencies, and medical providers recover past-due balances more efficiently and compliantly.

If you live and breathe HubSpot or similar CRMs love creating order out of chaos and get excited about helping sales and success teams work smarter — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the CRM: Manage customize and optimize HubSpot to support Sales Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Building processes: Create automations workflows and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
  • Maintaining data integrity: Ensure data accuracy hygiene and integrity across the system.
  • Enabling the team: Train users enforce best practices and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Driving insights: Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline performance and retention.
  • Supporting growth: Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management scoring and customer journey tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details.
  • Comfortable managing integrations APIs and third-party tools.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
