Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, , , and The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong foundation in JavaScript and experience delivering end-to-end solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy dynamic web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries using
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using and
  • Manage and maintain MongoDB databases, ensuring performance and security.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement application features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with MERN stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with and related state management tools (Redux, Context API).
  • Experience with , , and building REST APIs.
  • Proficient in MongoDB (including Mongoose ORM).
  • Familiarity with Git and version control tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
  • Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with , TypeScript, or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
  • Previous experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
