Customer Relationship Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Customer Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed established targets for lubricant products within the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets, and provide insights into sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration).
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skill.
- Knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.
