Home Loan Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced banking professional to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives for home loans and cross-selling while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling by leveraging a network of connectors and builders.
  • Retrain and expand the customer base for home loan and LAP channels to ensure repeat business or referrals.
  • Maximize sales through effective management of connector and builder relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to secure repeat business or referrals.
  • Penetrate new markets for business by increasing the number of APFs done.
  • Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships to increase business.
  • Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement and collaborate with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
Sales Planning and Team Management:
  • Optimize team productivity to drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved.
