Pharmaceutical Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Sales Manager to drive business growth and expansion in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Medivant Healthcare's offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare/pharma sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
