About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Sales Manager to drive business growth and expansion in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  2. Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  6. Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  7. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Medivant Healthcare's offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare/pharma sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
