Senior Application Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to assess and ensure the scalability, responsiveness, and stability of our applications under varying load conditions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools, scripting, and analyzing system performance data.
- Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and scripts
- Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing
- Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve application performance
- Prepare and present detailed performance test reports and dashboards
- Automate performance test scenarios where applicable
- Monitor systems during tests and track metrics such as CPU, memory, and response times
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in performance testing (12+ overall experience)
Proficient in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar
Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), and application architecture
Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating performance tests in pipelines is a plus
