Technical Documentation Lead

Develop and implement effective technical writing strategies for API documentation, including REST and SDKs (Python, JavaScript, Java).
- Create high-quality code samples and multi-language walkthroughs to enhance user understanding.
- Ensure seamless front-end/back-end integration knowledge and expertise in documentation-as-code tooling (MarkDown, Sphinx, MkDocs, Docusaurus).
- Maintain accurate version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows and automated doc builds.
Key Collaboration and Communication Skills:
- Participate in Agile sprints, contribute to sprint planning, and attend stand-up meetings to foster teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, developer relations, and no-code users to promote collaboration.
- Develop user empathy and advocacy skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Establish and enforce style guides and standards for consistency.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms to expand capabilities.
- Engage with open-source communities and best-practice research to stay up-to-date.
