Job Title: Technical Documentation Specialist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that meets the needs of our customers.
  • You will work closely with our product and delivery teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets our company's writing style guidelines.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to develop clear and concise user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews that showcase our products' features and benefits.
  • In addition to your documentation responsibilities, you will participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality and contribute to the development of existing documentation processes and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Create User Guides:

    • Create user guides that provide step-by-step instructions on how to use our products.
    • Ensure that user guides are accurate, easy to follow, and meet our company's writing style guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Teams:

    • Work closely with our product and delivery teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Participate in regular meetings with our product and delivery teams to discuss documentation requirements and progress.

  • Maintain Existing Documentation:

    • Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions.
    • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and meets our company's writing style guidelines.

  • Contribute to Process Development:

    • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality.
    • Contribute to the development of existing documentation processes and standards.

Requirements:

  • English Writing Skills:

    • Proven English writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise content.
    • Able to communicate complex ideas in a simple and effective manner.

  • MSTP Knowledge:

    • Knowledge of MSTP with the ability to apply it in a real-world context.
    • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

  • Agile Experience:

    • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
    • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Decision-Making Skills:

    • Good decision-making and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Able to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
