Job Title: Solar Installation Manager

About the Role

The Solar Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of solar installations at project sites. This role ensures timely and high-quality completion in accordance with design specifications, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily installation activities of solar PV systems.
  • Ensure adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely material delivery.
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks.
  • Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues.
  • Maintain daily work progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills: Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components.
  • Familiarity with tools: AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (for project planning).

Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving, and time management.
