Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality products across all platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test cases, documenting, tracking, and reproducing bugs, performing regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, establishing quality documentation and reporting standards, transitioning testing workflows from manual to automated frameworks, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure smooth releases.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Execute Comprehensive Test Cases: Develop and execute detailed test plans to validate product functionality.
- Document, Track, and Reproduce Bugs: Record and reproduce complex issues to ensure accurate defect reporting.
- Perform Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing: Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix defects, ensuring seamless product deployment.
- Establish QA Documentation and Reporting Standards: Develop consistent quality documentation and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Transition Testing Workflows: Migrate testing processes from manual to automated frameworks to optimize testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and meet business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT: A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Strong Knowledge of QA Methodologies, Tools, and Processes: In-depth understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes is essential.
- Hands-on Experience in Manual Testing and Test Documentation: Proven experience in manual testing and test documentation is necessary.
- Familiarity with Automation Frameworks: Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar is desirable.
- Solid Understanding of APIs, Databases, and System-Level Testing: Comprehensive knowledge of APIs, databases, and system-level testing is required.
- Sharp Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
