Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team of professionals and drive efficiency in our production lines. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with experience in managing large-scale maintenance operations and a passion for innovation.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Plant Management and be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across multiple plants. They will work closely with government agencies, local administration, and factory inspectors to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced maintenance practices, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), and predictive maintenance.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop new concepts in maintenance practices and energy management.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, set and improve energy standards, and identify cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
  • 10+ years of experience in large dairy, food, or pharma plant maintenance and utilities management.
  • Professional certifications like Energy Manager, Boiler Engineer, TPM Facilitator, and Six Sigma are desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with milk processing equipment, evaporators, dryers, cheese plant equipment, and utilities systems.
  • Familiarity with electronics equipment monitoring tools, AI, and ML application would be an added advantage.
