Job Title:
Technical Specialist - Service Desk

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide top-notch technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ITIL processes and MIM, with excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with American and British customers. Strong knowledge of English language is essential, along with good communication skills and technical skills on Windows desktop platform.

The responsibilities of this role include:
Responding to client support requests and contacting users to find out the nature of the problem.
Resolving user issues related to basic desktop issues, software packages, delivered patches, security updates, and necessary tools for user desktop/laptops.
Troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware and software issues, that can be worked upon remotely.
Escalating software and other application issues to the subject teams.

Key Skills:
Sound knowledge of AD, O365, MS-Office, Software hardware Installation, basic Network Support.
Strong technical Background with Excellent Communication Skills.

Additional Responsibilities:
Managed user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory to ensure secure access and efficient operations.
Performed on-site IT support tasks like hardware repairs, equipment installation, and cabling.
Fielded support calls, chat, email, and other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, Password Resets, Outlook issue, printing, and similar concerns.

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
At least 2 years of experience working with American and British customers.
Strong knowledge of English language is essential.
