Job Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
  • Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
  • Participate in client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance or business.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of NRI financial regulations and products.
  • Client engagement and relationship management.
  • Customer interaction and communication.
