Business Development Manager - AI and IT Solutions

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our AI and IT solutions portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with expertise in AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify, hunt, and onboard new customers across global markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Sell value-driven AI and IT solutions, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our capabilities, products, and IP, and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve revenue growth, sales targets, and order booking goals.
  • C-Level Relationships: Build relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and technical leaders.
  • Tech Discussions: Independently engage in 1st level technical discussions with clients without relying on technical teams.
  • Digital Channels: Use social media, networking, and digital channels to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Dynamic Environment: Work in a dynamic startup environment with agility, ownership, and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales with a strong focus on AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering domains.
  • Market Expertise: 2+ years of proven experience selling to customers in North America, UK, or Middle East markets.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience selling both products and services in the IT/AI domain.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms for lead generation and business development.
  • Startup Experience: Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving IT/AI services company.
  • GCC Experience: Experience in selling to GCCs is a plus.
