Job Title: Client Solutions Partner

About This Role:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic professional to serve as our Client Solutions Partner. As a trusted advisor, you will help our telecom clients navigate the transformative potential of AI and GenAI technologies to solve complex challenges and drive business innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address client pain points and provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI and GenAI solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  • Stay up-to-date with AI trends and apply deep knowledge of how these technologies can be applied in the telecom industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor AI/GenAI solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies with a focus on their application in the telecom sector.
  • Experience in selling AI-driven solutions preferably in the telecom or technology industries with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into actionable AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex engagements.
